#1 Bodybuilding Supplement Scam ⚠️

Explained
Here’s one of the biggest bodybuilding supplement scams on the market. BCAA supplements are promoted as being both anabolic and anti-catabolic (helping you build muscle and prevent muscle breakdown) when in reality they don’t do either of those things. If you just eat enough protein for the day from your bodybuilding diet, you’ll be getting all the branched chain amino acids you need for maximum muscle growth. Consuming more of this “muscle building supplement” won’t give you any extra benefit before, during or after your workouts, or any other time of the day for that matter. Just get in 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily (or 1.8 grams per kilo) and you’ll be all set.
