About ME:
The reason this channel was created was because of distractions, I’m a dad of 2 kids, before I had them I was going to the gym 5-6 & sometimes even every day meaning 7 days a week for 2-3 hours & even though I achieve a physique better than 80% of gym goers I was not satisfy with it because the amount of effort I was putting in & out the gym was not equal so I decided to put my head down & learn something that was different from was everyone was & is still talking about every damn day ( go to the gym for 5-6 x a week for 1-2 hours, eat this, do this diet & so on ) I was tired of that bullshit so I started to listen to Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates & implemented what they preach ( workout less, train to failure, eat a well balanced diet & rest to let the growth process happens ) now I’m stronger & bigger than ever working out 3-4 x a week for 45min – 1hr max which is equal to 4 hours a week, now I got time for my family, for myself, to growth my business & enjoy life while still looking & feeling amazing & that’s what I want to share with you all .
