Listen carefully as I explain the frequency and reason to such days. This certainly isn’t how much I would eat often!

A day like this is only called for once you see significant change

One of my biggest mistakes in my career as a Professional has been pushing weight down hard constantly for too long without eating enough to combat muscle loss along the way

Low day
High day

This is none of the above, it is a custom day and never set in stone
