DAY 1 of a Two Day Split of a Natural Bodybuilding Workout. Today I take you through half of a two day split workout. This workout would be performed 2-3 times per week along with the other day. This day consists of chest, back, and biceps. The second day consists of legs, shoulders, triceps, and calves. I encourage everyone to increase and lower volume in their workouts in order to hit different muscle fibres. Changing the volume and frequency in your workouts is one way to do this.
