Dumbbell Side raise 4 sets / 12-15 reps
Dumbbell front raise 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Dumbbell overhead tricep extension 5 sets / 12-15 reps
Superset with
Dumbbell hammer curl 5 sets / 10-12 reps each arm
