Another full day of eating on the bulk going down. A little different than a typical day as I was on the go and didn’t want to cook a ton. But we still go it in and plenty of protein. Also hit an incline dumbbell bench PR which is hype. Feeling strong on this bulk! Don’t forget to stay hydrated and eat your fruits and veggies.
