Bodyweight Bodybuilding is when you take classic bodybuilding exercises and put a bodyweight spin on them. You still have the traditional biceps curls, rows, rear fly and so on, only now you use equipment that doesn’t require a full-gym or set of weights.

Pull-ups 10 Alt grip 6 6
Curls 10 clutch 12 alt clutch 12
rear fly 10 10 12
Rows at progressive heights 10 10 10w/ 10c isometric finisher
