Welcome to the ultimate 6 pack abs workout with Charles Glass, the Godfather Of Bodybuilding. This 6 pack abs workout is intense and contains 8 ab exercises total to help you build visible six pack abs! I really enjoyed making this video as my dad joined me for the abs workout. You will find a great combination of lower abs, upper abs, obliques and v-cut abs moves throughout this workout. You don’t need to do 8 ab exercises in a single workout, but if your abs are a weak point I suggest you train your abs with resistance more and when you get leaner they will stand out much more. You need to be at least 12-15% body-fat minimum to have visible six pack abs.
