1. Burpee:
• CHEST TOUCHES GROUND
• FEET LEAVE FLOOR DURING JUMP
• LIFT YOUR ARMS UP

2. Ranger:
• ARMS & BACK STAY STRAIGHT
• DURING JUMP ARMS STAY LOW

3. Sprawl:
• HIPS AND KNEES DOWN
• ARCH YOUR BACK
• LOOK UP
• NO JUMP
