I Tried The Old School Bodybuilding Diet For 3+ Months || Here’s What Happened

Over the last few months, I have been following the more traditional, old school bodybuilder diet. Meaning I had mostly real foods and rarely took any supplements, barely even took any whey or other protein powder, took a lot of milk (1.5 to 2 liters a day), and other classical foods for every other meal: oats, chicken breasts, ground beef, tuna or fish, eggs, nuts, etc.
