HERE IS MY EXACT FOOD IN THE VIDEO

MEAL 1 – 100G CREAM OF RICE, 60G OF EVO PEP, 100G OF BLUEBERRIES ADD SALT AND CINAMON

MEAL 2 – 120G JASMINE RICE (DRY WEIGHT) 225G CHICKEN BREAST, NANDOS LEMON & HERB SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER

MEAL 3 – 120G JASMINE RICE (DRY WEIGHT) 225G CHICKEN BREAST, NANDOS LEMON & HERB SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER

MEAL 4 – 120G JASMINE RICE (DRY WEIGHT)
180G SALMON, NANDOS LEMON & HERB SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER

MEAL 5 – 75G OATS, 60G EVO PEP, 1 TEASPOON OF ALMOND BUTTER, ADD CINAMON & SALT

DRINK 6 LITRES OF WATER A DAY
