Protein Pancakes Recipe:
– 1 scoop vanilla protein
– 1 Pack Sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding mix
– 1 tbs coconut flour
– 30g oatmeal
– 1tsp baking powder
– 1tbs stevia
– 2 egg whites
– 1/4 cup greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup cashew milk
-1/4 cup fruit of choice
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
**blend all ingredients until smooth.
** Add additional fruit chunks into the batter if you like!
