280g Tofu
100g Edamame beans
100g mixed frozen vegetables
40g BBQ sauce
Sesame seeds are optional.

The Tofu will go in the oven for around 20-30 mins. Shake the tofu around at least once half way through to ensure the bottom goes crispy.
